Frequent asked questions
The building was newly constructed at the end of 2023 and offers many practical and hygienic advantages. For your comfort, the building features an elevator, personal on-site support, modern keycards for secure and easy access, and automatic lighting activation in your apartment. An automatic sliding door and motion-sensor lighting ensure a contactless and hygienic entry and exit area.
How can I book?
You can book directly through our website or by email. Alternatively, you can also book through the Ischgl Tourist Board and platforms like Booking.com. Direct bookings always guarantee you the lowest available price – without any extra fees.
When is check-in possible / By when do I have to check out?
Check-in is possible from 3 pm. For earlier arrivals, we offer changing facilities with showers and toilets. Early check-in is only possible upon request and subject to availability.
Check-out is by 10 am at the latest, so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests. If you are departing later, you may park your car with us, subject to availability, and use the changing facilities with showers and toilets before your departure.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly on the property. A parking space will be assigned to you upon arrival. Our parking spaces are limited. Please let us know how many cars you will be traveling with when making your reservation. Subject to availability and prior notice, you are welcome to park your vehicle before check-in and after check-out.
Are bed linens and towels included?
Yes, bed linens and towels are included in the price. We also provide toilet paper, body and hair products such as tissues, and hand soap.
Is there a mid-stay cleaning and towel change?
Yes, to ensure your complete comfort, we offer mid-stay cleaning and towel changes for stays of five nights or more. For added convenience, we provide a complimentary spa bag with a bath towel and sauna towel for use at the Silvretta Thermal Baths.
Is there a washing machine?
We offer a laundry service with organic detergent for a fee. We are happy to provide an ironing board and iron upon request. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with clothes drying racks and have hanging space on the terraces for airing your clothes.
Is there a bicycle parking area?
Yes, our covered bicycle parking area also offers charging facilities for your e-bike.
Where can I get breakfast?
Breakfast is available in our immediate neighborhood (not included). We offer a bread roll delivery service, fresh from the bakery, delivered directly to your apartment door daily (not included in the price).
Where can I store my sports equipment?
All types of sports equipment, whether for winter or summer, must be stored in the ski and boot room.
What equipment is included in the kitchen?
In addition to standard appliances such as stove, oven, microwave, etc., the kitchens are also equipped with various useful kitchen utensils, dish soap and cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, towels, a toaster, a kettle, and a De'Longhi Magnifica S coffee machine. You can use both whole beans and ground coffee for the Coffee machine. We provide the first batch of beans free of charge. We also have additional organic roasted coffee specialties available (for a fee).
Do you have baby equipment?
Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby cot, a highchair, and a changing mat free of charge.
Are dogs allowed?
Please inquire in advance whether your pet is welcome. Not all apartments are suitable for dogs. Space is limited. We charge €25 per dog per day. We are happy to provide a dog bed and blanket upon request. Generally, guests are responsible for providing their own dog supplies.
What payment methods are accepted, and is a deposit required?
We accept:
- Bank transfer, cash, and credit cards on site
- Bank transfer only for the deposit
Generally, a 40% deposit is required within 10 days of your reservation to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or upon arrival. Changes to the deposit deadline for early bookings are possible upon request. For last-minute bookings, immediate payment is required.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations are free of charge up to three months before arrival. After that, tiered cancellation fees apply if we are unable to re-let the apartment. Are there any house rules?
We ask our guests to be considerate (e.g., observe quiet hours, treat the property with care, and be respectful to other guests). Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Our apartment building is not rented to large groups. We always strive to offer our guests a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
